IT’S A BOY!
Now who has baby names for me?! Andy and I haven’t even BEGUN talking names yet!
Ready, and, SUGGESTIONS!
PS – Logan’s so excited to have a little brother, he’s hiding in our throw pillows two minutes after I painstakingly made the bed to my own exacting standards and destroying the integrity of my work! Yay!

So, when my friend Jen was pregnant she asked for name suggestions and my kids told her to name the baby Hotdog Megatron. Because how cool is that??
I am partial to Irish names (duh) and really like Owen, Eamon (pronounced a-mon) and Connor. I also really like classic names like Alexander and Micheal.
My sister, whose husband is polish, was going to name her baby Gregorsch (no idea if that’s spelled right, it’s polish for gregory) and I was going to call the baby Gregor-geous but then she had a girl.
Super excited for you guys!!
The names I’m looking at are Irish, English/American, Germanic, and then Biblical, or Biblically-derived names. Greek, Latin, and Hebrew. I have a few in mind, but I want to see if any more catch my attention.
Also, Hotdog Megatron is THE COOLEST NAME EVER. Period.
I know, right!!
Congrats! I too am partial to Irish/Gaelic names. I started obsessing about names almost at the moment of conception. We have three kids – Claire (just because we loved the name), Kane (which is a family name) and Brogan (which if you can get past the fact that it is Gaelic for shoe, is also a family name). One note of caution – using surnames for first names, especially when the last could also be a boys first name, gets really, really confusing.
Ahhh I blogged about this the other day. Plenty of fun! Good luck
I like the names Calvin, Henry, and Happy. I know Happy sounds weird, but I had a great-uncle named Harold, and he went by Hap and Happy. Everyone called him “Uncle Hap” or “Grandpa Happy,” and I loved that.
